The registered organisation established in 2017 with the intention of offering clients professional multi-disciplinary consultancy service in the training and development field. Its areas of competencies include: consultancy services, training development and project management.

To provide skills training and development opportunities in all sectors of the economy
To provide professional consultancy services in the training, development, management and skills development fields.
The need to understand the people with whom we work (recipients) and for whom we undertake work (clients.)
To understand the changing nature of our work and our environment and the need to adapt according.
The need to understand the environment in terms of the future and planning influences
To serve public sector organisations that work with SMMEs and Co-operatives.
To serve all relevant ETQA bodies.

-We provide quality needs-based learning programmes that are geared towards helping professionals and underprivileged participants achieve their professional and career goals.

-To be a global knowledge management entity providing professional services to all group of clients.

MAJOR STAKEHOLDERS AND CLIENTS

Breaking Borders, in its strategic planning, has consciously identified the public sector as its main clients. As such, learnerships, skills programmes from the GETC band and the FET band, i.e. Level 1 through to Level 5/6 are our target learners.
This strategic decision was taken due to the fact that, the practical experience gained by the learners can be translated into contextually relevant and appropriate content.
